Novi Sad travel serbiatouristguide.com

The cultural capital of Vojvodina or Serbian Athens, as its citizens used to call it in the past, Novi Sad is a little, big city. Even though it's relatively small, Novi Sad is tremendously charming, perhaps much because of this blend of traditional and modern ways that have coexisted in this city for a long time. It is also one of the reasons why many visitors come to get to know it better, have fun and sometimes stay for good.
Novi Sad is the city of theaters, museums, galleries, interesting cafés, unusual restaurants, little parks, business centers and the Fair which annually holds around 30 international exhibitions.
The most famous locations in Novi Sad are Dunavska, Zmaj Jovina and Laze Teleckog street, the Petrovaradin Fortress, Strand - the most beautiful beach on the Danube, and the famous quay, favorite walking and running path of local residents...
