BELGRADE – The Serbian government has adopted a decree on the establishment of an office for combating drugs. The office will coordinate work of state bodies, prepare regulations, national strategies and action plans for the fight against drugs.
The office will also be in charge of Serbia’s cooperation with the relevant bodies of the European Union and the United Nations and will be taking part in the adoption of measures and programs to combat drug addiction and promote drug rehabilitation and care about drug users and addicts.
The government also adopted the Bill amending and modifying the Health Care Law and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Health Insurance.
It also adopted the Bill on export and import of weapons and military equipment
